Brisbane Sound was first established in 1986 as a second hand sales and hire facility of professional audio and lighting equipment.  The business has developed to encompass other service areas including a full service department, production, installation, technical support and training, and an award winning sales department with a comprehensive showroom and demo facility.

The result is Brisbane Sound Group, now recognised as one of the premier providers to the entertainment industry within Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Fundamentally, our aim is to give our clients the best possible service.  This is achieved through our expertise in the area of professional systems integration and installation, combined with extensive product knowledge and hands on experience.  This allows us to assist in selecting the audio, visual and lighting packages to suit your needs and budget.  We have access to a vast number of products across a range of manufacturers, so you can be assured of impartial advice based on the merits of your requirements.

With an ever expanding retail showroom, Brisbane Sound Group continues to establish new relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.  Our recent appointment as an Apple Solutions Reseller has allowed us to offer a comprehensive studio set up from design to installation.   We carry stock from all of the top manufacturers and pride ourselves on being a one stop shop.   We also offer generous industry discounts and have a structure that caters for schools, churches, musicians, entertainment venues and organisations.  We also have the convenience of online shopping and our monthly newsletter showcasing new products and specials.

Brisbane Sound Group are warranty agents for a large number of products we sell and hire.  Our experienced and capable technicians are qualified to repair a large range of professional equipment in and out of warranty.  We also offer a test and tag service and are recone specialists for a number of leading speaker agents.  You can expect priority service from Brisbane Sound Group, and we will do everything possible to ensure you are not disadvantaged if your equipment was to fail. 

Offering the benefits of informal, personal advice that draws on two decades of experience in technical event production, our hire department offers the ability to present a wide variety of events, from school recitals to large outdoor concerts.  Our component hire program offers a large inventory of the latest equipment that is regularly maintained for optimal performance.  Our experience in designing and inplimenting technical production brings creativity and innovation to every event.
