The Shark 250 is a lightweight (16 Kg) unit with electronic ballast as its power source. This means greater output and longer lamp life of course, as well as the reduced weight.
The sleek and attractive design means the Shark has a lower profile than the other moving lights. The unit comes complete with an integral hanging bracket/plate held on with snap lock fittings. The DMX 512 control input is both 3 and 5 pin XLR (male and female) and the LED digital read out can be inverted depending on how you rig the unit. You can also reset and power the unit remotely.

Movement is quick and smooth with 540' pan in 2.7 seconds and a 270' tilt in 1.6 seconds that also features a closed loop encoder with auto repositioning - no more missed steps! All these features make the Shark 250 suitable for an array of applications like performance spaces, nightclubs, productions, corporate events and rental houses.
