ONLINE:

We accept Mastercard or Visa payments online.  If you have an approved credit account with Brisbane Sound Group you will have the option to put your order on account.

Brisbane Sound Group offers credit card payment via Dialect Credit Card payment gateway. Dialect will establish a secure link with your browser using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol which protects your confidential information as it travels to Dialect over the internet.
At no stage in the ordering process do we give Dialect any information about you or your account stored in our online ordering system.

IN STORE:

Brisbane Sound Group are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.  We offer the following payment methods in store:

• Cash
• Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express (3% merchant fee on AMERICAN EXPRESS orders over $5000)
• Cheque (all personal cheques must produce ID)
• Direct Deposit (see details below)
• Paypal (3% merchant fee on all orders)
• On Account (for approved credit customers only)

APPLICATION FOR A CREDIT ACCOUNT

Brisbane Sound Group has a strict payment policy.  We offer a credit facility to approved  clients only.  To receive credit, you must submit the BSG Credit Application for processing and meet the following criteria:

• Minimum purchases of $2000 per month
• 3 favourable trade references
• Director's Guarantee signed
• No outstanding debts or defaults listed with Veda (formally Baycorp)

Established schools, churches and government departments that have a trading history with us will receive a credit facility on receipt of an official purchase order.
